1. Shipping within Greece
1.1 Courier Services:

• Delivery time: 1-3 business days.
• Shipping cost: €4.00 for orders up to 2 kg. For each additional kilogram, the cost is €1.00/kg.
• Free shipping: For orders over €100.00, shipping is free for shipments up to 15kg.
• Remote areas: In areas designated as remote or hard-to-reach by courier companies, additional charges may apply.

1.2 Store Pickup (Click & Collect):

• Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
• Shipping cost: Free.
• You can pick up your order from our stores (Chrisostomou Smirnis 12, Piraeus 185 40, and Mavromatis Location, Antiparos, Cyclades, 840 07) during business hours. You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup.

1.3 Same Day Delivery:

• Delivery time: Within the same day for orders placed by 12:00.
• Shipping cost: €2.00.
• Available only in the following areas:

2. Shipping to Cyprus
2.1 Courier Services:

• Delivery time: 5-7 business days.
• Shipping cost: €15.00 for orders up to 2 kg. For each additional kilogram, the cost is €2.00/kg.
• Free shipping: For orders over €100.00, shipping is free.

3. Shipping to European Union Countries (EU)
3.1 Courier Services:

• Delivery time: 7-15 business days.
• Shipping cost: Starts at €20.00 for orders up to 2 kg. For each additional kilogram, the cost is €3.00/kg.
• Free shipping: For orders over €150.00, shipping is free for shipments up to 15kg.

3.2 Partnered Shipping Companies:

Shipments are made through trusted partners such as DHL, UPS, and TNT, ensuring fast and secure delivery.

4. Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) are processed on the same day.
• Orders submitted after 14:00 or during weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. With this number, you can track your order through the courier company's website.

6. Loss or Damage during Shipping

If you notice that your package is damaged or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately by email at info@aquagenesi.com or by phone at +30 210 4124 999. Our company will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

7. Special Notes

• Delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak periods (e.g., sales, Black Friday, Christmas).
• If your area is not covered by our partnered courier companies, we will contact you to find the best possible shipping solution.
