1.Shipping within Greece
1.1 Courier Services:

  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping cost: Rates vary based on the region and weight:
    • Attica: €5 (0-2kg), €6 (2-3kg), €7 (3-4kg), €8 (4-5kg), €9 (5-6kg), €11 (6-8kg), €12 (8-10kg)
    • Mainland Greece: €9 (0-2kg), €10 (2-3kg), €11 (3-4kg), €12 (4-5kg), €13 (5-6kg), €15 (6-8kg), €17 (8-10kg)
    • Thessaloniki: €9 (0-2kg), €10 (2-3kg), €11 (3-4kg), €12 (4-5kg), €13 (5-6kg), €15 (6-8kg), €17 (8-10kg)
    • Crete: €9 (0-2kg), €10 (2-3kg), €11 (3-4kg), €12 (4-5kg), €13 (5-6kg), €15 (6-8kg), €17 (8-10kg)
    • Island Regions: €9 (0-2kg), €10 (2-3kg), €11 (3-4kg), €12 (4-5kg), €13 (5-6kg), €15 (6-8kg), €17 (8-10kg)
    • Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply, ranging from €2 to €10 depending on the region.

For shipments over 20 kg and up to 20 kg, the charge increases by €2/kg. For shipments over 20 kg, we will contact you to arrange delivery via a freight company.

1.2 Click & Collect:

  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping cost: Free.
  • Available for pickup at Piraeus and Antiparos stores.

 

2. Shipping to Cyprus

  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping cost: €30 (0-2kg), €32 (2-3kg), €37 (3-4kg), €42 (4-5kg), €47 (5-6kg), €57 (6-8kg), €67 (8-10kg)

 

3. Shipping to EU Countries (excluding Greece and Cyprus)

  • For shipments to countries outside Greece and Cyprus, special handling is required.
  • Prior communication via phone at +30 210 4124 999 or email at info@aquagenesi.com is necessary before finalizing your order to ensure the best possible shipping solution.

 

4. Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

 

6. Loss or Damage During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately at info@aquagenesi.com or call +30 210 4124 999. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

 

7.Special Notes

  • Shipping times may be extended during holidays or peak shopping periods (e.g., sales, Black Friday, Christmas).
  • If your area is not covered by our partner courier services, we will contact you to arrange the best possible shipping option.
